Platform Requirements - Permissions

• What permissions are required for onboarding attendees.

Before your initial onboarding session, it’s important to ensure that a few key requirements are in place. Without these, certain features of the platform may not function correctly, and your onboarding process could be delayed.

Please review and meet the following criteria prior to your first onboarding call:

Administrator Access Is Required

You must have full administrative permissions for the platform(s) you intend to connect to OneClickComply.

For example:

• Microsoft 365: You must have Global Administrator access.

• Google Workspace: You must have Super Admin access.

• Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP): You must have administrative access to the appropriate accounts or subscriptions.

If you do not currently have these permissions, please contact your internal IT administrator to either:

• Grant you temporary admin access, or

• Ensure someone with the appropriate access joins your onboarding session to assist with the connection.
