Assigning and Accessing Assigned Tasks

Outstanding Tasks can be assigned to other users of the OneClickComply platform within your organisation. This article will explain the process of both assigning tasks, and accessing any tasks assigned to you.

Note: Only Account Owner and Administrator account types are able to assign tasks to other users. Accounts with the Auditor type will be unable to assign or complete tasks. The Audit Log will track when tasks are assigned or completed.

Assigning Tasks

Any Outstanding Task can be assigned to another user through the Assign Task option, which can be accessed through the Review page of the task. Please see below for a visual guide:

Task Notes: Provide any additional information about the task for the recipient

Clicking Submit will automatically assign the task to the specified user. The user will also receive an email from OneClickComply informing them that they have been assigned a task.

Accessing Assigned Tasks

If you have either been assigned a task, or you have assigned a task to another user, you can access both of these areas from the Outstanding Tasks page, as shown below:

Assigned tasks areas
Let's go through the two options here.

Assigned Tasks

Brings up a list all of the tasks that have been assigned to users throughout the entire platform. Only Account Owner and Administrator account types can view this area.

My Tasks
Brings up a list that only shows tasks that have been directly assigned to you.

Completing Assigned Tasks

Completing an assigned task is incredibly simple. Click the Open button, as shown below, to open the Task Review page. From there you can choose to either Fix this for me, Add to manual list, or Outscope as usual.
