Reviewing Continuous Monitoring Scans

Note: Continuous Monitoring scans run automatically at your chosen frequency, provided the feature is enabled. Please note that these automated scans will only execute after you have completed a task within the platform. This is because the monitoring engine works by comparing the specific controls you have marked as “Complete” in OneClickComply against the actual configurations currently active in your connected environment.
Accessing Continuous Monitoring Scan Results
The Continuous Monitoring feature conducts scheduled scans of your connected environments, checking for any changes or gaps within your security and compliance posture. To view the results of these scans, navigate to Scanning > Continuous Monitoring. This will bring you to the main dashboard of Continuous Monitoring.

Using the Dashboard
The Continuous Monitoring dashboard contains individual cards for each connection that is currently being monitored, with labels underneath showing the results of the most recent scan. See the example below.

As shown in the example above, the Microsoft 365 connection has a label called Complete - Issues Reviewed indicating that a Continuous Monitoring scan has recently completed, and the results have been actioned. Connections on this page will have one of the following labels, determined by various factors:
Error: The scan encountered an unexpected error and could not complete. Please try running it again. If the issue persists, contact support.
Completed - No Issues: The scan finished successfully and confirmed that your connected environment fully aligns with your active compliance controls.
Completed - Needs Reviewed: The scan finished successfully but detected potential compliance gaps or misconfigurations that require your attention.
Completed - Issues Reviewed: Any detected issues have been reviewed and resoled.
How to Review Scan Results
You can review the results of your Continuous Monitoring scan using two different methods, depending on whether you want to see data for a single integration or your entire environment.
Method 1: Connection - Specific Review
To view the history of a single integration, navigate to your desired connection and click the Review button on the right-hand side.
This opens the Scan History side panel, which displays a complete log of all ongoing and completed scans specifically for that connector.
Each scan in the table includes a status tag indicating its current state.

Method 2: Global Compliance History
If you want a macro view of your entire environment, go to your main dashboard and click Review Compliance History on the right side.

Unlike the connection-specific view, this dashboard provides a comprehensive log of every completed scan across all your active integrations (Such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace).

Viewing Detailed Scan Results
Regardless of which method you choose, clicking View next to any past or ongoing scan will open a detailed report.
This detailed overview provides:
Exact timestamps for when the scan started and finished.
The total number of checks completed.
The number of checks that returned as non-compliant.

An Associated Checks section, highlighting the specific platform tasks that were reviewed during that scan.
