(New) Resolving Non-Compliant Tasks

Note: Automated scans will only take place once a task has been completed within the platform, as the Continuous Monitoring feature compares your current environment against any technical tasks that are marked as complete.

Accessing Continuous Monitoring Scan Results

The Continuous Monitoring feature conducts scheduled scans of your connected environments, checking for any changes or gaps within your security and compliance posture. To view the results of these scans, navigate to Scanning > Continuous Monitoring. This will bring you to the main dashboard of the Continuous Monitoring page.

Once on the main dashboard, you can either press Review or Review Compliance History to access the scan results area.

Remediating Non-Compliant Tasks

Once you access the scan results area (using either the Review or Review Compliance History button), any scan that detected compliance issues will be labelled with a Complete - Needs Review tag.

If you chose to review a specific integration on the previous screen, hover over the desired scan and select the View button.

Alternatively, if you selected Review Compliance History, hover over the desired scan and select Review.

Either of these options will take you to a more detailed view of your chosen scan, as shown below:

If a scan status indicates that issues need your attention, scroll down to the Associated Checks section at the bottom of the page. This area provides a full breakdown of the scan, clearly highlighting exactly which tasks are currently non-compliant.


Remediating identified non-compliant tasks

To resolve a non-compliant check, click the ellipsis (...) button next to the issue and select Remediate. This opens a standard task review page where you can action the item by applying an automatic fix (Fix this for me), resolving it manually, assigning it, or marking it out of scope.

Once you have addressed the errors, scroll back to the top of the scan results page and click Mark as Reviewed. The scan's status will immediately update to Complete - Issues Reviewed, indicating that the compliance gaps have been handled.
