Changing Account Connections
The Account Connections area is where you can find all of your connected IT systems and tenants. You can access them by navigating to Settings, then selecting Manage Account.
Here you will find a top-down view of all the connections and integrations that have been made along your compliance journey, as demonstrated below.
If we look closer at the example above we can see different connections that have been successfully paired their Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts. This is shown by the Paired status on each connection.
Selecting the Manage option allows you to update the connection details, these being the Friendly Name of the connection, and what licenses the business has in use.
The final option, located at the top right, is to Download Report. Similar to downloading audit logs, this option allows you to export your account data into a .CSV or .XLS format.
