Q: Changing Continuous Monitoring Settings

If you need to update any of your Continuous Monitoring configurations, these can be changed within relevant connections area. To access these settings, please select Manage, located underneath the Connections section of Continuous Monitoring Dashboard. Managing Integrations

Integrations with third-party applications allows OneClickComply to fully utilise its automation capabilities. You can locate your connected integrations by selecting Integrations from the main menu, then clicking Marketplace.

Once on the integrations page, select Manage on any of your currently connected apps. See below for an example:

Selecting Manage on one of your current integrations will bring up a similar page to the following:

Integration Author: Indicates who created and published the integration within the OneClickComply team.

Type: Shows whether an integration has been certified

Reviewing Past Compliance Scans

Looking back at previous continuous monitoring scans is a good way to judge how far your business has come along its compliance journey. You can access your Scan History through Compliance History on the Continuous Monitoring Dashboard.

Once on the page, scroll down slightly to Scan History. You will see a page similar to the following (as long as continuous monitoring has been enabled and a scan has taken place):

This table will have a record of all your compliance scans that have taken place, all of which will be marked with a tag indicating their current state.

Similar to reviewing compliance alters, selecting Review on any past scan will bring up a more detailed overview of the scan, including time stamps, the number of checks completed, and how many checks returned as non-compliant. See below:

Compliance at a Glance Results

The Compliance at a Glance area allows you to quickly review your compliance progress by checking the results of your most recent continuous monitoring scan.

You can access this area by selecting Dashboard from the Monitoring dropdown in the main navigation menu. Here's an example of what this area may look like.

There are several results that can populate this section, so we will cover each of them here. These are:

Error

This message will appear if your scan has encountered an issue and was unable to finish. If running another scan results in the same issue, please contact support.

Completed - No Issues

This message will appear if the scan has successfully completed and there have been no compliance issues detected.

Completed - Needs Reviewed

This message indicated that the scan has successfully completed, but that there are compliance issues that need to be resolved.

Completed - Issues Reviewed

This message will only appear once any detected issues have been resolved.

Task Dependencies

Sometimes certain tasks will have pre-requisites before they can be completed. These are referred to as Dependencies.

A task that is particularly complex, or requires a certain setting enabled in order to be completed, will have a yellow banner above it to highlight any tasks that must be completed beforehand. This will only be shown when Reviewing the task in more detail. Here's an example:

In this example, the task to Manage Updates for Android Devices requires the enabling of Advanced Device Management Features. Automations that are ran whenever there is an active dependency will not complete correctly and may impact your overall compliance with a standard.

In order to complete the dependency, select Review on the above banner. This will bring you to that specific task page. From here you can either choose to complete the task manually, or by using the Fix this for me feature. Either option will mark the dependency as complete, allowing you to complete the associated task in the correct manner.
