Empty Outstanding Tasks List
If your Outstanding Tasks list is empty, there are several potential causes:
If there are no tasks in your Outstanding Tasks area, it's possible that you may have remediated all of the issues within your integrated environments. If you believe this is the case, you can check your Task History and Audit Log areas to see how many tasks have been completed, as well as the time and date previous tasks were actioned. If any gaps in your compliance posture are detected by future scans, these will appear in your Outstanding Tasks.
An empty task list could suggest an unsuccessful integration with your environment. You can validate this connection by navigating to Reporting, Audit Logs and using the search bar to look for zone types labelled "Connections". This will filter your audit logs to show everything related to connecting your accounts to the platform. If there is a log that shows an 'Error' type, or otherwise states a failure to connect, please contact a member of the OneClickComply support team, who will assist you in reattempting the integration.
In order for OneClickComply to scan your environments for compliance issues, they must first be connected to the platform. Please verify that your integrations are successfully paired by navigating to Integrations, then Marketplace, and make sure that your desired connections are correctly paired by selecting the Manage button. If you have not yet added any integrations, this will be evidenced by the Add button underneath the name and image of the platform.
If you have successfully connected your environment to the OneClickComply platform, pre-requisite tasks may appear inside of the Outstanding Tasks list. If these tasks are not completed, the platform will not be able to scan for compliance issues, nor provide a list of the gaps identified. If you cannot see these tasks, please verify your integration using the information provided in the previous step, otherwise, please ensure that you have no filters active when looking at your Outstanding Tasks.
If you are still unable to see any tasks, please contact a member of the OneClickComply support team.
