Enabling Task Completion Notifications

The OneClickComply platform also supports the ability to notify users when a task has been completed successfully. This removes the need to go back and forth between the audit log and the task in question.


To enable this setting, you will need to select your name from your name at the bottom of the Navigation bar, then select Organisation Details, as shown below:

Once in the Organisation Details area, click the Update button underneath your business details. This will open a new window that allows you to change the information associated with your organisation, as well as enable Task Notifications. From here, click the small box next to Task Notifications, then enter the email address that you would like to receive the notifications. You can find guidance below:

Once you have enabled notifications, then added the email address you would like to receive the notifications, click Update to save your settings. Now, when a Task is completed successfully, the specified email address will receive an email similar to the below, confirming the completion of the task.
