Unsuccessful Integration

If you’ve completed your first onboarding session, your Customer Success Representative will have guided you through the process of connecting your environment(s) to the OneClickComply platform.

We strongly recommend completing integrations during your onboarding call or with the support of our team. This is because successful integration requires specific administrative permissions, and even small misconfigurations can prevent the platform from connecting properly.

Unsuccessful integrations can stem from a number of factors, ranging from permission issues and policy conflicts to account restrictions. Because of this, diagnosing and resolving these issues independently can be difficult.
