Non-feature updates
URL Change
The URL of the platform will change from https://autoten.fat32.com to https://app.oneclickcomply.com. Please update any browser favourites, internal documentation, or notes that contain the old URL to prevent confusion.
New Login Method
As part of our platform update, we are introducing a new login method to make access more familiar and secure. Instead of using the previous magic link system, you will now log in using your email address and a password. For additional security, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email during each login to verify your identity.
Before your first login, you will need to set a password. Simply visit https://app.oneclickcomply.com/change-password on or after 26/06/2025 to create your password. This is a one-time setup. Once completed, you’ll be able to log in with your email and password as usual.
This change helps strengthen platform security and makes signing in more consistent with other systems you use, while continuing to protect your compliance data.
Improved User Interface
With the introduction of new features, the OneClickComply platform has also received a refreshed visual design. Nearly every area of the platform has been updated to create a more intuitive and streamlined experience, helping you navigate your compliance journey more easily.
Please note that some sections, such as the Outstanding Tasks area, have been significantly redesigned or removed as part of these improvements. We encourage you to take a moment to explore the updated interface. For a detailed overview of the changes and guidance on where to find key features, please refer to our dedicated support article on platform updates.
These visual and structural updates are part of our ongoing effort to simplify your compliance and make day-to-day use of the platform even more efficient.
Feature Updates
Changing How You Manage Compliance
This platform update will fundamentally change how you manage your compliance moving forward. OneClickComply is moving towards a ‘standard & control’ based approach, rather than the current ‘Outstanding Tasks’ method.
Instead of having a list of ‘Outstanding Tasks’, users can now view and automate the controls for each individual standard. This change will help businesses better track their compliance goals, and understand how much they have completed, or how much work remains before they are considered compliant with a standard.
Don’t worry! Our ‘Fix this for me’ approach is still available, we’re just making it easier to see your overall progress.
Operational Tasks
Alongside these changes, the OneClickComply platform now supports the tracking and completion of administrative and documentation-based controls, such as employee training or annual checks.
You can view all of the controls related to a standard, attach supporting evidence to operational controls, and mark them as complete. This means that all compliance evidence for that standard is stored in one place, fully accessible within the platform, and eliminating the need for separate documents, spreadsheets, or manual tracking.
Auditors will also be able to sign-off on controls within the platform, improving the way that both businesses and auditors utilise the platform to manage and achieve compliance.
Compliance Goals
With this update, you now have greater control over which compliance standards you are actively working on. Only the standards you select as ‘Active’ will display their relevant controls and tasks within the platform. This helps reduce visual clutter and allows you to focus only on the standards that are relevant to your business, improving day-to-day usability.
In addition to marking individual tasks as ‘Out-of-Scope’ as you could before, you can now mark entire controls as ‘Out-of-Scope’. When a control is outscoped, all associated tasks within that control are automatically excluded, making it even easier to tailor your compliance plan to your specific requirements.
Tracking of Compliance
Since the OneClickComply now supports operational tasks, the tracking of compliance will be based on the percentage of controls completed, rather than the number of technical controls implemented. This means that the percentages located within the updated areas of the platform will be an accurate representation of your compliance with a standard.
