Updating Business Details

You can update your business details within the Manage Account area. You can access this by selecting Organisation Details from the bottom of the navigation bar, as shown below:

You can use the Business Details area to update relevant information, as well as to check the standards that you are currently enrolled in. Here is an example:

You can see where the business is located, whether the account is active, an option to Update details, or Allow Support Access.


Using the Update button, you can change your company's logo, address and name.


Allow Support Access enables the OneClickComply team to access your platform and troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.
