Using Policy Templates
You can start using policy templates as soon as you get access to the platform. Simply choose one of the templates you want to work on and click Create New. See below for an example:

From here, you can now edit the template by selecting the associated tab on the template list. In the previous example we selected DP-01 Data Protection Policy, so we just need to select the appropriate tab, as shown below:

Selecting the tab will show all of the versions of that policy that have been created. Here's an example:

Let's go through the different information available here:
Title: The name of the policy.
Created: A timestamp of when the policy was created.
Last Modified by: A timestamp of when the policy was last edited.
Status: Indicates whether the policy is still in Draft, is currently live, or Needs Review
Lastly, the Review button allows you to make modifications to the policy, including updating its content, and changing the status.
