What is the process for getting certified using the platform?

Getting certified through the OneClickComply platform is designed to be as straightforward and efficient as possible. Here's how the process typically works:

Choose Your Compliance Standard(s): Start by identifying the standard or framework you want to work towards, such as Cyber Essentials, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or CIS.

Connect Your Environments: Integrate your environments (e.g. Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) so that the platform can begin scanning your setup and gathering relevant data.

Automated Scanning & Task Generation: The platform automatically scans your environment, compares it against the requirements of your selected standard(s), and generates a list of Outstanding Tasks. These are the technical controls and configurations you need to implement in order to be compliant.

Click-to-Remediate: OneClickComply offers automated remediation through our “Fix this for me” approach. Simply press the button and the platform will take care of the configuration changes automatically. The platform also provides guidance on how to complete tasks manually if you would prefer.

Policy & Documentation Support: If you don't already have the correct policies in place, you can use our AutoComplete policy generator to create accurate policies that reflect your currently implemented controls and procedures. If you already have pre-written policies, the platform can ingest these and automatically make revision based on the tasks you have completed.

Continuous Monitoring: Throughout the process, OneClickComply monitors your environment and alerts you if any implemented controls become non-compliant, with automated remediation options available for any detected issue.

Prepare for Certification: Once all tasks are completed, your environment is aligned with the standard, and you have gathered all the correct documentation, you can proceed with formal certification. For frameworks that require a third party (such as a penetration test for Cyber Essentials Plus), OneClickComply can introduce you to one of our trusted partners who will be able to help.

Getting Certified: If your audit or review is successful you will officially be considered compliant with that standard or framework. The OneClickComply platform helps you retain evidence and documentation for future renewals or audits.
