What safeguards are in place to prevent misuse of permissions?

You will dictate who you would like to be added to the platform and given permissions during the onboarding process. There are different tiers of permissions, ranging from read-only, to main admin accounts. Only the Account Owner can make important changes such as adding users, or submitting an account for deletion, and administrator accounts are only able to do compliance related tasks such as creating policies, or running tasks that will fix gaps in your security posture.

Secondly, OneClickComply does not maintain direct access to your account, and any automations that are run within the platform are secured behind encryption and authorisation methods. Our team are unable to decrypt credentials or tokens on demand , and will communicate directly with you if we require any level of access to your account.

These steps are put in place to ensure that no member of the OneClickComply team can edit, access, or otherwise interfere with your sensitive data.
