Will completing tasks change how users work?

Many of the Outstanding Tasks generated by the OneClickComply platform involve enabling or enforcing stricter security settings that may not have been in place previously. For example:

Enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users
Restricting sign-ins from unmanaged or personal devices
Blocking access from outside approved geographic locations

These changes are implemented in order to meet the security requirements of standards and frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, but they may also introduce new prompts, restrictions, or configuration needs for end users and system administrators.

In order to make sure that you and your team are prepared for any changes in access policies or user experience, we'd recommend reviewing each task carefully before applying it, paying close attention to the This automation part of the task details area as this will outline any changes that may take place. Furthermore, some tasks also have an Impact area. Tasks with this section will likely cause a number of changes to ways of working, so please ensure you fully understand what will happen once the task is completed.
