Accessing Ask an Auditor

The Ask an Auditor feature allows users to book sessions with OneClickComply's in-house audit team to talk about all things compliance, such as determining scope, reviewing documentation, removing roadblocks, or prepping for certification.

The Ask an Auditor feature can be accessed from two points:

Via the Homepage

On the homepage, if you scroll down slightly to the Need help? section, you will find the Speak to an Auditor option, as shown below:

Booking Sessions

Once on the main Ask an Auditor page, you can view the total number of sessions allocated to your account, how many you have remaining, and a record of any previous sessions.

To book a session with our team, select the Book Session button, located on the right-hand side, as shown below:

This will open a booking window that is directly linked to our team’s calendar. Please select a suitable time, add contact details, and briefly explain the topics you would like to discuss or explore during the session.

Note: Sessions are capped at 30 minutes, and punctuality is essential. Please ensure that all attendees arrive promptly and are prepared with specific questions or a clear structure you would like to follow.

If you require additional sessions beyond your maximum allowance, please contact a member of the support team.
