Q: Changing Continuous Monitoring Settings

If you need to update any of your Continuous Monitoring configurations, these can be changed within relevant connections area. To access these settings, select Manage, located underneath the Connections section of Continuous Monitoring Dashboard. Question 1

Completing Tasks Manually

Sometimes you may wish to complete a task by hand, rather than completing it automatically through the OneClickComply platform. In order to move a task into the manual queue, you need to select the Add to manual list option. To start, access the Manual Task Queue and click Review on the task you wish to complete manually. See an example below:

Once the new window has been opened, navigate to the Task Details & Manual Steps portion of the page. See below:

Here you will find a breakdown of the steps that will need to be conducted manually in order to comply with this specific control, including a list of the changes that will occur within your systems.

In some task descriptions there will be a Launch Now option in the Task Details. If clicked, this will take users to the area of your tenancy that requires remediation. If there is no option, you only have to follow the manual steps in order to access the correct area and make the changes.

Question 2

Reviewing Past Compliance Scans

Accepted Answer

Looking back at previous continuous monitoring scans is a good way to judge how far your business has come in its compliance journey. You can access Scan History by selecting **Review ** Compliance History on the Continuous Monitoring Dashboard.

Once on the page, scroll down slightly to Scan History. You will see a page similar to the example below (as long as continuous monitoring has been enabled and a scan has taken place):

This table will keep a record of all the continuous monitoring scans that have occurred, all of which will be marked with a tag indicating their current state.

Similar to reviewing compliance tasks, selecting Review on any past scan will bring up a more detailed overview of the scan, including time stamps, the number of checks completed, and how many checks returned as non-compliant. See below:

Underneath these details you will find the Associated Checks, highlighting which controls or policies were in scope for this scan.

Managing Integrations

Integrations with third-party applications allows OneClickComply to fully utilise its automation capabilities. You can locate your connected integrations by selecting Integrations from the main menu, then clicking Marketplace.

Once on the integrations page, select Manage on any of your currently connected apps. See below for an example:

Integration Author: Indicates who created and published the integration within the OneClickComply team.

Type: Shows whether an integration has been certified by OneClickComply. We will sometimes release integrations into beta, which will be indicated here.

Connection ID: A friendly name that is chosen by the account admin so that it is easier to recall.

Connection Name: Another name given to the integration

Company: The name of the business that utilises this integration

Question 6

Reviewing Outstanding Tasks

Reviewing Outstanding Tasks is the bread and butter of OneClickComply, and knowing where to find crucial information about your compliance is incredibly important.

Once on the Outstanding Tasks page, select Review on the right hand side of your chosen task, as shown below:

Let's go over each of these section within this example task:

Icon & Title: As mentioned before, the icon indicates which tenancy the task will impact (e.g M365), while the task title will give a general overview of the task as a whole.

Control and Standard Tags: The boxes underneath the task title indicate which cyber security standard the task is related to, whilst also showing which controls the task is linked to, or whether the task covers multiple standards.

Unique Identifier: Each task has a unique identifier. This has no impact on your day-to-day use of the platform, and simply exists as an easy way for our team to troubleshoot that specific task within your tenancy, should it be required.

Associated Automation: Similar to the Unique Identifier, the Associated
