A Guide to the New OneClickComply Platform
This guide explains what's changed in the updated version of the OneClickComply platform.
What Stays the Same
The core value we provide hasn’t changed. We still detect security misconfigurations across your cloud environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.), provide one-click fixes, generate the evidence you need for certifications like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and Cyber Essentials, etc., and help you create compliance documentation. You’ll find the same features you rely on, just in a faster, more polished interface.
Platform Modules Overview
The new platform is now organised into independent modules, making it easier to manage specific areas of compliance:
Standards: Manages frameworks and individual controls. This is where you can track your certification progress, and view the relationships between Controls, Tasks, Evidence, Risks, and Detections.
Documents: An AI-powered policy generator that helps you draft, approve, and circulate compliance documentation.
Tasks: A central hub to manage your work. Tasks can be created manually or automatically from security findings.
Evidence: A secure repository for all compliance proof, including policies, screenshots, and logs here.
Personnel: A directory of all individuals within your organisation to manage team members, their access levels, and conduct offboardings.
Vendors: Manage third-party supplier risk, perform due-diligence, send automated security questionnaires, and automatically detect forgotten vendors.
Assets: An automated inventory of your physical and virtual resource (laptops, cloud instances, etc.).
Brain: You can add your organisational information to enhance the AI assistant’s ability to provide accurate and personalised responses.
Pen Testing: Built-in automated testing that finds vulnerabilities, their CVSS scores, and remediation guides.
Detections: Review security issues and vulnerabilities identified across your infrastructure, source code, and cloud environments.
Scans: Monitor compliance scans triggered against your cloud environments, including detailed test results and historical run data.
Incidents: Track, investigate, and manage security or compliance-related incidents from discovery through to resolution.
Risks: Your formal risk register, allowing you to track the likelihood and impact of potential threats to your business.
Questionnaires: When a customer sends you a security questionnaire, our AI helps auto-answer it based on your existing data.
Trust Centre: Your branded public-facing page to showcase your certifications and build trust with prospects.
Reports: Access comprehensive reports that provide a high-level overview of your organisation’s current compliance posture.
Activity Log: View records of all actions taken across all system modules.
Integrations: The marketplace where you can connect and manage connected environments.
Cloud Sync: Itegrate and mirror evidence from the OneClickComply platform into a linked cloud folder.
Support: Access various help resources, including live chat, email support, and booking a support call with our team.

We have redesigned our platform to be faster, more intuitive, and have reduced the number of clicks required to reach core functions.
