Onboarding Call Preparation

This guide provides a checklist of everything you need to prepare before your onboarding call.

To help you get the most out of your onboarding session, we’ve prepared a list of things you'll need to bring to your onboarding call. Please review each section carefully to ensure you're fully prepared, as missing any of the below may result in delays.

Platform Users

All current or future users of the OneClickComply platform should attend the onboarding session. We’ll be covering key topics such as integrating environments, using the core areas of the platform, and accessing various support resources, so it’s essential that everyone involved with using the platform is present from the start.

Admin Permissions

You’ll need the correct administrator permissions to connect OneClickComply to your chosen environments. If you don’t have the necessary access yourself, please ensure someone with the appropriate permissions either:

  • Joins the onboarding call, or

  • Grants you temporary access beforehand.

License Types

Please confirm which licences your organisation holds for the platforms you intend to connect (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). If this information is missing or incorrect:

  • The platform may be unable to connect properly.

  • The onboarding session will be delayed.

  • Additional time may be needed to troubleshoot and reschedule.

Calendar Availability

During your onboarding session, we’ll schedule a follow-up call to review your progress and provide further guidance. We'll also discuss how frequently you'd like to receive support check-ins. To keep things moving, please ensure you:

  • Have access to your calendar during the call.

  • Inform us in advance if your availability is uncertain.

  • Include any key decision-makers who need to approve meeting times.

Onboarding Duration (~45 Minutes)

Your onboarding call will typically last around 45 minutes. This includes:

  • Initial platform connection

  • Integration setup

  • Core feature walk through

Please make sure you’re available for the full duration. If you’re unable to stay for the entire session, let us know in advance so we can reschedule.
