Adding a New Questionnaire
This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for inputting sender details and questionnaire specifications to help you keep your security documentation organized.
How to Log a New Vendor Security Questionnaire
To log a new vendor security questionnaire, select Questionnaires from the main navigation bar.

This will bring you to a new page showing all of your Incoming and Outgoing questionnaires.

To begin automatically answering a new questionnaire, click ‘New questionnaire’ in the top-right corner of the page.

This will open small pop-up window where you can enter the details of the requested questionnaire you’ve received.

Questionnaire Name: Enter the clear, descriptive name. We recommend including the company name and the Type of Assessment (e.g., “Acme Corp - Annual Security Review”). This will help you find it easily from the main list of questionnaire.
Sender Information: Enter the Name, Company, and Email address of the person who sent you the request.
Question Count: Enter the total number of questions included in the assessment.
Timeline: Enter the Received Date and the Due Date. Setting the deadline helps the platform prioritise your tasks.
Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the Create button. The questionnaire will immediately appear in the incoming questionnaire list. If you click Create & Open button then it will log the questionnaire and open it in side panel to review.
If you scroll down at the bottom of the page, the Outgoing section provides a centralised view of all questionnaire and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) sent from the platform to your vendors. Here you can monitor the progress of each request and track which assessments are currently awaiting a response.
