Enabling 2FA (Two-factor Authentication)

This guide will walk through the process of setting up 2FA (Two-factor authentication) on your OneClickComply account.

Adding two-factor authentication provides an additional layer of protection beyond your password, reducing the likelihood of account compromise.

To enable 2FA, access your Account and Organisation Settings by clicking the cog wheel at the bottom of the main navigation menu.

On the Settings page, select the Security tab from the various options on the top row.

Select Enable on the Two-factor authentication option

To set up two-factor authentication on your chosen authenticator app, either:

  • Scan the QR code Or

  • Enter the provided secret key manually

Once you have completed one of the above options, enter the verification code provided in your authenticator app, then select Verify & enable.

Once two-factor authentication has been enabled on your account, you will be prompted to provide a 2FA code each time at login.
