Tracking Action Costs

The Action Cost page is a reference guide that breaks down every priceable action on the platform. It shows you exactly how many credits are deducted when you perform a specific task.

To track your Action Cost on the platform, Select the Billing icon next to the settings (cog wheel).

Select the Action Costs tab on the Billing page.

Note: This page is read-only. It is designed to provide transparency into the platform’s billing logic, so the value cannot be edited.

The table on this page gives you the breakdown of the activities done on the platform:

• Action - The specific task or feature being use, such as Generate AI response.

• Category - Group action by their type, like AI, Compliance, or Audit.

• Cost - This column shows the credit cost for that single action. You will see Free for unlimited tasks, or a specific value.

• Source - Indicates where this cost settings comes from, usually it is Default or Included in Plan.

• Enabled - This column indicates if that specific action is currently active and available for your organisation to use.

If you are looking for the cost of a specific tool, you can use the search box at the top. You can also use the All Categories dropdown filter to look for any specific categories.
