Assigning Tasks to Other Users
This guide walks you through the process assigning specific tasks to other users within the OneClickComply platform, to streamline your compliance efforts.
Tasks are work items within the OneClickComply platform that represent actions that need to be completed. As tasks can range from administrative to highly technical, they may need to be assigned to a specific user to action.
To assign a task to a user, select Tasks area from the main navigation bar.

Once on the Tasks page, select the task you wish to assign.

This will open a side window, providing further details about the chosen task. To assign the task to another user, select the Assign button.

Next, click the Select a member drop-down and choose the individual you wish to assign the task to.

Once selected, press the Add button to save the chosen assignee.

When assigning a task, you can also specify a Due Date for when the task should be completed/actioned by.
To set a Due Date, select the date box and choose the desired date, as shown in the example below.
