Reviewing and Managing Access Requests
This guide provides a quick walkthrough for reviewing requester details and tracking the status of your documentation approvals.
To start reviewing access requests, select Trust Centre from the main navigation bar.

Select the Access requests tab at the top of the page.

This new page will show a list of all Access Requests that have been submitted by third parties to access your Trust Centre documentation.
Each request will list the following information, allowing you to quickly determine whether to approve a request:
Requester: The name of the person who is asking to see the file.
Company: The company they work for.
Documents: Exactly what files they are interested in to view.
NDA: Whether they have already signed the NDA or not.
Status: See if the request is Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Expired.
Requested: The date of the request.
Actions: You can ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ the detected vendor.
The platform organises your vendors into dedicated tabs:
All: A complete list of every person who has requested access to your trust Centre.
Pending: All new requests currently awaiting for your review and decision.
Approved: A list of individuals who have been granted permission to view your documents.
Rejected: Any request that you have denied access to.
Expired: Users whose access period has ended and can no longer view your files.

Navigate to the Approved tab and click on any specific requests to open a side panel, which will contain the following information.

Contact Info: Their company name, email address and timestamp & date of the request.
Reason for Request: A brief explanation from the requester on why they need an access.
Within the side panel, you can update the access permission. If you need to cut off access immediately for any reason, click the Revoke access button to secure your documentation.

If a viewer needs more time to review the documents, click Extend Expiry to push back the deadline.
