Granting Support Access
This guide walks you through the process of granting OneClickComply access to your account for troubleshooting and support purposes.
If you encounter a technical problem, you can securely grant the OneClickComply support team temporary access to your account for investigation.
To enable this, access your Account and Organisation Settings by clicking the cog wheel at the bottom of the main navigation page.

On the Settings page, select the Security tab from the various options on the top row.

To enable the OCC Support session feature, you must provide a:
Role to grant: This sets the level of access you wish to provide to the OneClickComply team member.
Duration: This sets a time limit for access, ranging from 1 hour, 8 hours, 24 hours, and 7 days.
Providing a reason for granting access is optional, however we strongly recommend giving as much detail as possible about your support request to help our team identify and resolve the issue quickly.
Once you have provided this information, click Enable support access to grant OneClickComply staff temporary access to your account.

You can revoke this access at any time by clicking the toggle option, as shown below.
