Microsoft 365 Integration Guide
Please ensure that you are signed in as a Global Admin for Microsoft 365 before following the steps below. You will need to accept various permissions to enable connection with the OneClickComply platform.
Select Integrations then Marketplace.
Select Microsoft 365, then add connection.
Type in a friendly name, one that you don't mind seeing in various locations on the platforms.
Follow the connection steps provided by the connection wizard.
Choose the Microsoft 365 licenses that your business uses (you can find these within the Microsoft Admin area)
Accept several consents. There will also be a screen where you can verify that OneClickComply is a Microsoft Partner.
Once these consents are granted, there will be a short wait while the platform carries out the initial authentication and creates a secure environment to run tasks.
Once finished, there will be several pre-requisite task inside of the Outstanding Tasks area. These tasks must be accepted in order for the OneClickComply platform to successful integrate with your Microsoft 365 environment.
Once accepted, there will be another short wait while the platform sets up various foundations and conducts the initial compliance scan.
After another short wait, outstanding compliance tasks will begin to appear in the Outstanding Tasks area, marking a successful connection with Microsoft 365. During this time, you will be unable to complete Outstanding Tasks until the platform completes the initial scan.
