Microsoft 365 Integration Guide
Please ensure that you are signed in as a Global Admin for Microsoft 365 before following the steps below. You will need to accept various permissions to enable connection with the OneClickComply platform.
- Select Integrations from the navigation bar
- Select Add on the Microsoft 365 box , then Add Connection.
- Type in a friendly name, one that you don't mind seeing in various locations on the platforms.
- Follow the connection steps provided by the connection wizard.
- Choose the Microsoft 365 licenses that your business uses (you can find these within the Microsoft Admin area)
- Accept several consents. There will also be a screen where you can verify that OneClickComply is a Microsoft Partner.
- Once these consents are granted, there will be a short wait while the platform carries out the initial authentication and creates a secure environment to run tasks.
- Once finished, there will be several pre-requisite task inside of the Account Tasks area (see here). These tasks must be accepted in order for the OneClickComply platform to successful integrate with your Microsoft 365 environment.
- Once these pre-requisites are accepted the platform will begin scanning your environment for gaps and misconfigurations in-line with the standards you have access to as part of your subscription package. To view these gaps, navigate to the Standards area within the Compliance tab, and edit the status of your desired security standards so they are set to Active.
- Once done, outstanding controls and associated tasks will begin to populate the Controls Management area.
