Navigation Bar

The Navigation Bar is your gateway to every function of the OneClickComply platform and is located on the left hand side of the page.

It is important to note that the Compliance, Scanning, and Audit & Assessment tabs have contain subsections. We will go through each tab and subsection of the Navigation bar in order and explain the function of each area. Let's start with Compliance.



Compliance


Within the compliance tab you will find multiple different sections, all with the overall aim of managing your businesses' compliance. Here's a look at the dropdown menu:

Control and Standards


Standards - An area where you can manage your compliance goals and view the controls of supported standards
Control Management - An area where you can view, automate, and complete the controls for supported standards


Tasks


Task History - A record of all your completed or dismissed tasks


Policies


AutoComplete - The main hub for creating, editing, and reviewing policies within the platform.
Internal Policy Management - An area for you to upload internal policies, send them to employees, and track acceptance.


ISMS


Risk Register - A list of all the risks that your business faces and how to handle them
Physical & Virtual Asset Register - A list of all physical and virtual assets that you business uses
Information Asset Register - A list of all of the important information assets that are crucial/sensitive to your business operations
Incident Management - A place to record any incidents that the business has faced/facing, and their status
Vendor Risk Management - An area to record any third-party vendors or suppliers you use, and any risks associated with them


Scanning


Inside of the scanning dropdown you will find different areas related to the scanning and testing of your businesses' compliance and overall security. Here are your options:

Vulnerability Management


Penetration Testing - An area to request penetration tests and track their results
Device Vulnerabilities - An area to manage the patching of in-scope devices

Continuous Monitoring


Continuous Monitoring - The main hub for everything surrounding continuous monitoring, such as on-demand scanning and past scan results


Audit & Assessment


The Audit & Assessment tab holds various areas related to questionnaire completion and auditing. Here are your features:

Assessments



Cyber Essentials Questionnaire - Automatically fill out the Cyber Essentials Questionnaire based on your implemented controls
Questionnaire Automation - Automatically answer any questions about your security approach based on your currently implemented settings and controls.


Audit Log


Audit Log - A comprehensive and tabulated record of everything that has taken place within the platform.


Trust Centre


Trust Centre - A publicly facing web page, accessible by third parties, detailing your implemented controls, aligned standards, and containing any important documentation you wish to make available.


Integrations


Within the Integrations area you can connect your various environments (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS etc.) to the OneClickComply platform.



Reporting


The Reporting area allows you to see your current compliance with various supported standards, represented in percentage form.

Account Settings


Inside of the Account Settings area you can change various different...you guessed it...setting for the OneClickComply platform. These settings are the following:


Account setting subsections


Account Settings - Allows you to change the email address and password for the account
Account Tasks - A list of tasks that need to be completed in order for the platform to work as intended
Billing - Lets you change aspects of your billing process
Organisation Details - An area to update your business details, connected tenancies, and add or remove users,
