Updating & Exporting Incident
This article will walk you through how to manage, update, and resolve incidents within your organisation.
To update recorded incident, select Incidents from the main navigation bar.

The Incidents page will provide you a list of incidents, showing you the Type, Severity (Low to High), current Status (e.g., Investigating, Resolved), and the exact timestamp for when the incident Occurred versus when it was Reported.
Click on any incident that you’d like to update, it will open a side panel.

At the top of the panel, the platform provides AI-powered recommendations. These are tailored suggestions based on your specific incident data and industry best practices, helping you quickly identify the best response plan or mitigation steps. If you wish to action any recommendation, please click on the button, no action is taken until you click.
From within the side panel, you can updated the details, like:
Title & Description: Edit the Title, add a detailed description or you can add response plan.
Incident Type: You can change the nature of the incident from the dropdown.
Assignment & Severity: Assign the incident to a specific employee and set the severity level (Low, Medium, High, or Critical).
Status Tracking: Update the lifecycle of the incident from Open or Investigating to Resolved or Closed.
Root Cause & Resolution: Document the Root Cause and final Resolution.
Once you’ve updated the information or applied the AI suggestions, click Save Changes button.

You can use the Export button in the top-right corner of the page, to download your incident logs as Excel sheet. This is useful for sharing data with external auditors or keeping a permanent offline record of your organisation’s response history.
