OneClickComply Platform Requirements

Pre-Onboarding Requirements for OneClickComply

Before your initial onboarding session, it’s important to ensure that a few key requirements are in place. Without these, certain features of the platform may not function correctly, and your onboarding process could be delayed.

Please review and meet the following criteria prior to your first onboarding call:

1. Administrator Access Is Required

You must have full administrative permissions for the platform(s) you intend to connect to OneClickComply.

For example:

Microsoft 365: You must have Global Administrator access.

Google Workspace: You must have Super Admin access.

Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP): You must have administrative access to the appropriate accounts or subscriptions.

If you do not currently have these permissions, please contact your internal IT administrator to either:

Grant you temporary admin access, or

Ensure someone with the appropriate access joins your onboarding session to assist with connection.

2. Minimum Licence Requirements

To fully benefit from the OneClickComply platform, your organisation must hold licences that allow access to the security settings and features required for compliance. Basic or entry-level licences may restrict access to essential controls, which limits the platform’s ability to function effectively.

Below are the minimum and recommended licence tiers by platform:

Microsoft 365

Minimum required: Microsoft 365 Business Premium

Recommended: Microsoft 365 E5

Other supported: Microsoft 365 E3, A3, A5

Google Workspace

Minimum required: Business Starter

Recommended: Enterprise Plus

Other supported: Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Standard

Cloud Providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP)

A valid, active, paid subscription is necessary.

Please note: If you do not have the correct licenses in place, please contact a member of the OneClickComply support team. We are able to provide Microsoft 365 licenses for upgrade, however Google Workspace licenses will need to be sourced independently. Cloud platforms do not have specific license requirements.
