What to Bring to Your Onboarding Call
To help you get the most out of your onboarding session, we’ve prepared a checklist of everything you’ll need access to before the call. Please review each section carefully to ensure you're fully prepared—missing any of the below may result in delays.
All current or intended users of the OneClickComply platform should attend the onboarding session. We’ll be covering important topics such as integrating environments, managing tasks, and accessing support materials, so it’s essential that everyone involved is present from the start.
You’ll need the correct administrator permissions to connect OneClickComply to your chosen environments. If you don’t have the necessary access yourself, please ensure someone with the appropriate permissions either:
Joins the onboarding call, or
Grants you temporary access beforehand.
For more information about required permissions, click here.
Please confirm which licences your organisation holds for the platforms you intend to connect (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). If this information is missing or incorrect:
The platform may be unable to connect properly
The onboarding session will be delayed
Additional time may be needed to troubleshoot and reschedule
For more information about license types, click here.
During your onboarding session, we’ll schedule a follow-up call to review your progress and provide further guidance. We'll also discuss how frequently you'd like to receive support check-ins.
To keep things moving, please ensure you:
Have access to your calendar during the call
Inform us in advance if your availability is uncertain
Include any key decision-makers who need to approve meeting times
Your onboarding call will typically take between 30 to 45 minutes. This includes:
Initial platform connection
Environment scanning
Generation of initial Outstanding Tasks
Please make sure you’re available for the full duration. If you’re unable to stay for the entire session, let us know in advance so we can reschedule.
Please make sure that you read the above information carefully, and that you have fully understood what you need to bring to your first onboarding call. If you have any questions about this call, please contact a member of our support team.
