Sending Vendor Due Diligence Questionnaire
This guide walks you through the steps to initiate a Due Diligence Questionnaire request directly from your vendor management dashboard.
To start sending Due Diligence Questionnaire to vendors, select Vendors from the main navigation bar.

This will bring you to the Vendor Management page. On this page, you will see a list of all third party vendors used by your organisation (both manually added and automatically detected).

Click on the vendor you wish to send Due Diligence Questionnaire or you can search by their name in the search box at the top of the page. This will open a side panel containing the vendor’s details.

Within this side panel, within the Vendor Lifecycle section, you will find a button labelled Send Questionnaire.

Clicking this will open a new window where you can provide the following information:
Enter the Recipient’s Email (and name if available).
Optional Internal Reviewer: Select a team member from your organisation to review the vendor’s answers once they are submitted.
Click Send button to deliver the assessment.

After clicking Send, the platform will bring you back to the vendor side panel. Within this panel, under Questionnaire section, you can track all questionnaires shared with that vendor.
