Google Workspace Integration Guide

In this article, you will find:

  • A step-by-step guide connecting your Google Workspace environment to the platform.


Note: Please ensure that you are signed in as a Super Admin for Google Workspace before following the steps below. You will need to grant the required permissions to enable the connection with the OneClickComply platform.

  1. Select Integrations from the navigation bar.

  1. Select Add on the Google Workspace box, then Add Connection.

  1. Type in a friendly name, one that you don't mind seeing in various locations on the platforms.

  1. Follow the steps provided in the connection wizard.

  2. Choose the Google Workspace licenses that your business uses (you can find these within the Google Admin Console).

  3. Accept the required consents. During this process, you will also see a screen where you can verify that FAT32 (trading as OneClickComply) is listed as a Google Partner.

  4. Once these consents are granted, there will be a short wait while the platform carries out the initial authentication and creates a secure environment to run tasks.

  5. The platform will then begin scanning your environment for gaps and misconfigurations in line with the standards included in your subscription package. To view these gaps, navigate to the Standards area within the Compliance tab, and set the desired security standards to Active.

  6. Once done, outstanding controls and associated tasks will begin to populate the Controls Management area.
