Editing Knowledge Entries

This guide provides a quick walkthrough for navigating the standards section to ensure your organizational information remains accurate.

If you wish to edit a knowledge entry that has been provided to the OneClickComply platform, select Brain from the main navigation bar.

Next, select the entry that you wish to modify. If the entry was provided recently, it may be found under the Recent Entries header, as shown below.

Alternatively, you can see all of your knowledge entries by selecting the View All option.

Once you have selected the desired knowledge entry, a new page will open where you can view the information contained within the entry, including specific metadata showing when the entry was created, last updated, and where it originated from.

At the top-right of this page, select the Edit button to begin modifying the entry, or press the Delete option to permanently remove the entry from the Brain.

Selecting the Edit option will allow you to change the content of the entry, as shown in the example below. Once you have finished editing the entry, click the Save button at the top-right of the page to confirm the changes, and update the knowledge base of the in-platform AI.
