Google Workspace Integration Guide

This guide will walk you through the process of integrating Google Workspace with the OneClickComply platform.

Before Integration

Please ensure that you have Super Administrator privileges before following this integration guide. You will need to grant various permissions during the integration process to enable the connection with the OneClickComply platform.

Integrating Google Workspace

  1. Select Integrations from the main navigation bar.

  2. Once on the Integrations page, you will be shown a list of all integrations currently available on the OneClickComply platform. You can use the search bar at the top of the page to filter for the Google Workspace integration.

  3. Select the Google Workspace integration to open a side window, and then select Connect Google Workspace. This will open a pop-up modal which will guide you through the connection process.

  4. First, assign a Connection name. The name should be clearly recognisable, and one that you don’t mind seeing in various areas within the platform.

    Note: If you have multiple connections within an integration, ensure the names are unique and can be easily distinguished.

  5. Next, provide your Customer ID. If you are unsure where to find this, click the ‘Find your customer ID in Google Admin’ link above the text box.

  6. Click the Sign in with Google button. This will automatically open a new window where you can grant various consents to OneClickComply.

    Note: Please ensure that you complete this step using an account with Super Administrator permissions.

  7. Follow the remaining steps provided in the platform to finish the integration process. There may be a short wait while the platform carries out the initial authentication.

  8. Once this is complete, the platform will begin scanning your environment for gaps and misconfigurations.
